Return Policy – Sai Creations Watches

Thank you for shopping with Sai Creations Watches. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Return Window

Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Accessories are missing from the box

To process a return or exchange, the following are required:

  • Purchase invoice

  • Original warranty card (if provided)

  • Complete packaging including tags

  • Mandatory: A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded while opening the package

All returned items must:

  • Be in unused, original condition

  • Have no visible wear, scratches, or modifications

  • Include the original box, tags, manuals, and accessories

❗ Important Exclusions

  • Smartwatches are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products with removed or tampered tags/barcodes will not be accepted.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item or package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • If the outer box appears damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately

  • If you accept a damaged shipment, you are responsible for return shipping costs

🎁 Missing Items

To claim any missing product from the package:

  • Share a clear unboxing video showing:

    • Shipping label

    • All four sides of the sealed package

    • Continuous footage of the unboxing (no cuts or edits)

Note: Claims without a video will not be accepted.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional delivery or reshipping charges

  • Undelivered orders will be held and processed for refund or reshipment after contacting the customer

  • Free shipping is not applicable for address corrections or reshipments

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

To cancel, contact us with your Order ID at:

Sai Creations Watches reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Out-of-stock products

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud or suspicious activity

You will be notified via email or phone in such cases.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges on Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or offers are non-returnable, unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

For approved exchanges:

  • Initiate request within 7 days with product photos and unboxing video

  • Pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner (2 attempts)

  • If unsuccessful, customer must courier the product with tamper-proof packaging

  • Exchange approvals may take up to 7 business days post inspection

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days
