Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Return Conditions:

    • Kindly be aware that if a customer chooses to cancel an order immediately after it has been placed, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied. This fee is charged to cover administrative and processing costs incurred during the order placement. The fee will apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
    • Products are eligible for return and refund if they are in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
    • A return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Return Request:

    • Initiate your return by calling our Customer Care or emailing us with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping:

    • We will guide you on the return shipping process. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, Sai Creations will cover the return shipping cost.
  3. Refund Approval:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status within 3-5 business days.
  4. Refund Issuance:

    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products with missing packaging or accessories.
  • Any item returned beyond the 7-day return window.
